I don't have any great ideas for you.  There are some funny naming
differences with interfaces "providing" vs. "implementing" things --
IIRC an instance provides the interface that its class implements.
Another possible cause is that there are two IEmailLookup class
objects floating around, maybe due to an old import?  I assume you've
restarted your buildmaster, rather than reconfig'ing it, right?
