Meh. It's not that difficult. ;)

Even that (unoffical) config page is only two screens long and gives 
most of the steps you need.

A specific list of difficulites that we can adress/rebutt would be 
appropriate.

Things that have been mentioned here, and should enable better usability 
once complete:

  * Web-apps that allow you to configure Buildbot without hacking Python.
  * Frozen releases (py2exe) of buildbot for Windows.
  * Multi-repository support.
  * Separate DB for scheduling/status.
  * ...
