[Buildbot-devel] buildbot elapsed time

Been trying to reproduce this myself and it seems to be pretty random.
Doesn't happen every time. If it helps, I wrote my own repo class inheriting
source and command classes to work with multiple  git repositories. This
issue when it happens seem to be in the repo syncing stage.
