[Buildbot-devel] Increase Twisted Requirement?

I'm looking into testing buildbot against older versions of Twisted.
We declare support all the way back to 2.5.0, although TwistedMatrix
only lists back to 8.1.0 on the downloads page.  2.5.0 was released
1/2007, and 8.0.0 in 3/2008.

Which lead me to thinking: does anyone actually *use* such ancient
versions of Twisted anymore?  If not, can we bump up the required
version to 8.1.0?

If nobody objects, I'll make the change.
