Yes, I'm not that smart and typo'd the documentation when I released beta1.

This release is for putting scheduler stuff (scheduler state, changes,
build requests, buildsets) in the DB.  The next release will move
builds and their attendant state (that is, status) into the database.
So bug #24 is correctly categorized (in the sense that the "0.8.+"
milestone is a superset of "0.8.1").
