This is a good point.  The process hasn't actually changed at all:

shut down master
upgrade buildbot
run 'buildbot upgrade-master /path/to/master'
start master

But a *lot* more is happening in that upgrade-master invocation -- all
of your Changes are copied into the database.  I should add some
detail about how this works, how to revert, and so on.

Hopefully the above is adequate for the moment.  I'll work up some
text in the distribution before the official release.
