[Buildbot-devel] Directory listings require twisted 8

I've got a FileUpload which uploads to a particular directory on my
master.  However, when I browse to that directory I just get:

     Directory Listings require Twisted-8.0.0 or later

Except that I'm running Twisted 8.1, installed by the distro (Debian
stable).

The worst part is that I know I've run into this error before and fixed
it, but I don't remember what the solution was.  Does anybody else?

I'm running a recent 0.8.0 branch
(1812070a8167e151a78ef32167baa13c82fdfd7f).
