In light of all that, contrib/packaging is now open for contributions,
with RPMs under contrib/packaging/rpm.  The last question, then, is
how to reconcile Darragh's and Gareth's RPMs.  Also, I'd rather not
ship .specs for twisted, although I can be convinced.
