[Buildbot-devel] Downtime notifications

I'm looking for a notification mechanism where an
email is sent when a build slave remains unconnected
for a certain time (e.g. 12h).

Ideally, the address to notify would be per build slave,
so that I could specify the email address of the respective
admin for the machine.

Is any mechanism already available? I see that there is a
missing_timer mechanism, but it would always send mail
to the master admin, right?
