Well, we had a BoF first where most of the socializing happened, but
the sprint itself was mostly Brian and I, with stops in from a number
of other folks, most of whom were also sprinting on their own
projects. We had a list of sprintable tickets, but we got caught up
in the conversation that often occurs on the list, too -- broad
discussion of how Buildbot "should" work, including talk of a DB
backend (glyph gave us the hard sell on Axiom), new web frontends, and
so on.

So I think that, for another sprint to be successful, whoever
organizes it will need to be careful to stay "in the trenches"
squashing bugs and implementing incremental features. With luck, we
could get to a place where we can make a new release the next day.

It was only one day -- 4 or 5 hours, I think.
