[Buildbot-devel] Reusing builder directory

See http://github.com/maruel/buildbot/tree/slavebuilddir. It's a patch
pending to do exactly that, e.g. using different build directory on
the slaves than the one on the builder, thus enabling sharing the
slave build directory across builders. I haven't sent a pull request
yet since it needs testing.
