I attached a new patch that covers the documentation and naming 
uniformity (I hope), but not yet the tests.

Have a look and let me know if it's sufficient apart from the tests.
Note that the parameter for /one_line_per_build is already documented
in 0.7.10 (even though it didn't actually work :)
