Hi,
I'm trying to get the IRC bot to notify me whenever a build is started and whenever one is finished. However, if I ask it to notify me on more than one event, it only notifies me on one of these events. For example:
tommy: buildbot: notify list
buildbot: The following events are being notified: ['started', 'finished']

If a build is started, either from a change or by forcing a build through the web interface, I get:
buildbot: build #158 of mainBuilder started including [7023]

But I never hear from it again until the next build is started, even though the build did finish. If I only tell it to notify me on finished, it works fine:
tommy: buildbot: notify off
buildbot: The following events are being notified: []
tommy: buildbot: notify on finished
buildbot: The following events are being notified: ['finished']
...buildbot: build #162 of mainBuilder is complete: Success [build successful]
It also works if I force a build through IRC, though it seems to be part of IRC's 'force build' behavior. Am I missing something, or is this a bug?
