[Buildbot-devel] Metaconfiguration format

Hmm, on closer examination, it appears this requires Func, which in turn
requires Red Hat or Fedora. I'm afraid we're a mostly SuSE/Debian/Cygwin
shop so it's a bit of a showstopper.
(I did try installing it on Cygwin out of curiosity).
