We've looked into this a few times.  The problem is that epydoc
installs require basically an entire desktop environment (X, LaTeX,
and a whole bunch of other cruft that doesn't belong on a linode
slice).  Also, the buildbot epydoc script requires epydoc 2, and only
3 is available.

So if someone wants to take this on and get it working (I'm told there
are other tools besides epydoc that can convert docstrings to html
pages), let me know.
