[Buildbot-devel] 0.7.11?!

I'm going through the bugs tagged for 0.7.11, and most were in the
"I'm almost done with the patch.." state.  Since a patch has not
appeared, I'm pushing these back to 0.7.12.

I hope to have a release candidate available this weekend, and then
cut the actual release sometime around 7/11/2009.  Please plan to
spend some time testing the RC during the next week!
