I ran the tests on my mac and duplicated what you saw for the latent/ec2
buildslave tests.  I fixed them, pushed them to github, and proposed
them for a merge to Dustin's master.

I did see another test failure on my mac than one you reported:

However, it's intermittent.  Subsequent runs did not produce this error.

Another note is that the test failure you reported under Twisted 8.2 was
for baz, not bzr.  I know nothing about baz, and didn't attempt those.
I also didn't run under Twisted 8.2.
