[Buildbot-devel] buildbot-0.7.10: All Hail Dustin!

Hey folks.. I've been completely out of the loop, with work and life
in general, and I've stopped giving Buildbot the time that it deserves.
Fortunately Dustin Mitchell has agreed to take over the 0.7.10 release.
He's been doing 10x as much Buildbot work as I have, for ages now, and
fully understands the buildbot codebase and project direction. I'm
delighted to hand over the keys to him, and he's got my full support as
we make our way to that elusive buildbot-1.0 milestone.

I'll offer what help I can, but please join me in thanking him for
stepping up to the plate and helping manage this project in ways that I
can no longer afford the time to do.
