My "bzr" branch is on github and it seems to work.  texinfo seems to ok
with my doc changes, and contrib/bzr_buildbot.py contains the poller and
the hook.

AFAICT, there's no testing infrastructure for stuff in contrib.  If
there is a story, let me know.
