I'll do a 0.7.10.1, since Steve worked hard on those steps and they
really should be included. Let's give it a day or two to settle out
any other bugs.
By the way, the position of 0.7.11 bug-wrangler is available, if
anyone wants it. I'll be active, and I'm happy to cut the actual
release, but for the next 2mo or so I won't be paying much attention
to the bugs in Trac, so I can concentrate on one-oh.
