There's a bug with pulling via HTTP from github:
  http://support.github.com/discussions/repos/199-git-repo-missing-a-blob

In the interim, I think that we should be pulling from
  http://repo.or.cz/r/buildbot.git
but I haven't heard back from Stephen in a while.
