OK, follks, apropos of Gavin's suggestion #2 earlier, warner and I
just resuscitated the buildbot-commits mailing list:

  https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/buildbot-commits

This list will now carry not only github commits, but any and all
changes to trac.  It would be great if a bunch of folks (myself
included) could subscribe and use this to keep more on top of the Trac
bugs.  It's a Mailman list, so filtering it is pretty straightforward
if that helps.

So thanks for the suggestion, Gav, and sorry it took me so long!
