[Buildbot-devel] 0.7.12 release

Brian and I discussed a new release recently, and specifically the
timing of that release with respect to his db work.  The db changes
will be significant, so they warrant a change in the middle digit -
0.8.0.  But we've already accumulated a lot of patches since 0.7.11,
and I know there are several "in progress."

So I think the best course is to merge those patches now, and release
0.7.12 just before Brian merges the db changes.

Let's shoot for the end of the year for the 0.7.12 release, with the
option to push that back if there are significant bugs or if some
exciting patches aren't quite ready.  I'll try to put out some release
candidates starting around the 20th, so those who are more inclined to
test on personal time can do so over the break, and those who are
inclined to test on company time can do so after Christmas.  Sound
good?
