[Buildbot-devel] SVN version can be a problem for BuildBot

I didn't see this tested, but it probably should be: that `svn info'
supports the --xml option (for the SVNPoller).  At least up to 1.4.3
the option is not supported.

I didn't see this as a bug in Trac either.  I don't know if it's really
a bug or a configuration issue (it only matters to those with SVN repos
anyhow) so I didn't create an issue.
