Apparently, the current status is:

A search on 'monotone' revealed the following tickets, all still open

#3 (unit tests for Monotone)
#4 (docs for Monotone)
#128 (add user support for monotone)


#3 and #4 have been bumped to newer buildbot versions from 0.7.5 due to lack 
of progress.

The patch attached to #128 was believed to be empty, but is in fact just not 
in the unified diff format.
