[Buildbot-devel] restart slave builds after server restart?

Greetings,

If I need to restart my buildbot server while the slaves are building,
the slaves won't finish their builds, and when the server's back up it
won't cause a new build until the next change is checked in.

Is there any way to:
a) get the server to recognize build(s) were ongoing when it was
shutdown and restart them/reconnect when it starts back up?
b) Force the server to restart the build for that changeset?

In this case we're using SVNPoller.
