[Buildbot-devel] BKBSelectiveTest

Does anyone know what this class is?  I'm embarassed to say that
'darcs annotate' blames me, but it came from a large roll-up of a
number of other folks' patches.

It's not documented, and seems to use a lot of environment variables I
don't recognize.  I'm tempted to just delete it, but if someone owns
it and it's generally useful, I'd also be happy to just document it :)
