[Buildbot-devel] datetime in master.cfg?

I try to compute the datestring for a file which I want to download in  
master.cfg.

the datestring is used in a nightly scheduler which downloads some  
file from some server.

I am not sure, but it seems the datestring is not always representing  
the current date,

is this supposed to work?
