Hmm, the patch to waterfall (228.patch, anyway) seems to be looking
for a specific property name. Also, #228 appears to be concerned with
properties on a step vs. on a build.

I guess I was thinking of something that would enumerate all of the
properties, the way that each build step page lists the progress
metrics.
