[Buildbot-devel] New functionality for IRC daemon

Great -- a patch with test cases and with documentation!

I don't personally use the IRC module, so I can't speak to whether
this is a good patch or not.  If there are others who like this patch,
I'll pull it into my repository.  Speak up!
