That looks like you've just got 2 different slaves trying to connect to 
the same master with the same slavename and password.  Afaik, that would 
cause the kinds of connection fighting issues that you're experiencing. If 
this is the case, I would create a new buildslave entry in your master 
config file and configure one of those slaves to connect to the master 
with that new slavename/password.
