[Buildbot-devel] Custom properties from force build page

Yeah, I did.  I got custom props working through the web interface.  Since we 
use the triggerable scheduler, I also have some code for using custom props 
with triggers as well.

I will finish organizing the patches and post them later this week.  Thanks 
for reminding me.
