Which reminds me of one thing I'm struggling with, I'd like to pass
state information in a scheduler when doing a reconfig, but it seems
that only Builders do that. That's sad, as I keep all the info of
non-running builds in the scheduler, as I can't get it passed over to
the Builder. Once again hit by the compromises for "let's build this
source for 15 different localizations".
