[Buildbot-devel] hg "maintainer"?

I don't know enough about hg and buildbot yet to do that. I've been 
attempting to get things going smoother, but it's been a bit trying...

I'm happy to help with minor things though, as I figured we'd use hg and 
buildbot at my place so I do have interest in having it running smoothly 
(on windows).
