That's the plan right now, but I've just discovered github's
prominently placed "fork" button, and corresponding "pull request" and
the new "queue" that graphically depicts patches from forked
repositories that are ready to be pulled.  I know we just switched to
repo.or.cz, so I think we'll stick with that for the moment, since
everyone who's getting commit access is a well-trusted member of the
group.  Besides, moving git repos from place to place is pretty easy,
so we can switch later.
