[Buildbot-devel] patch for inline logs and capturing errors

Ted -- this looks great.  Please make a bug on buildbot.net/trac so
that we don't lose sight of it, and attach your patch.  Also, you're
right about superceding the existing WarningCountingShellCommand.  If
you can't do it in such a way as to not break backward compatibility,
I can take a look and make some suggestions.

Include your name and email in the ticket for proper credit in the ChangeLog.
