[Buildbot-devel] Status of Multi-Project Support

I'd say the closest ticket is http://buildbot.net/trac/ticket/301.

There has been some discussion about being able to flag particular
changes recently on the list, which is likely a good step forward in
that direction. I haven't had the time to hack on that yet, though.

Or, in short, there's not even an undocumented way right now.
