[Buildbot-devel] temporarily disabling sf.net CVS mirror

I'm going to switch off the CVS mirror that we have running on sf.net
for a little while. Something is screwy, and it's taking 5-10 minutes
per patch to mirror things from darcs into CVS. It might have to do
with the repository shuffling I've been doing in the last few days to
be able to give out commit access.. I'll try to investigate further.

In the meantime, folks who are pulling code from CVS will see a stale
version. Darcs trees on http://buildbot.net/repos/trunk will remain
up-to-date.
