Yes, as long as you aren't using any features that require a newer
buildslave. The NEWS file at http://buildbot.net/repos/release/NEWS will list
these: it looks like support for Bazaar (i.e. 'bzr'), Monotone, and the
FileUpload/FileDownload steps are the biggest differences that require newer
buildslave code.
