Yes please!  Some months ago I posted to this list a description of
how I'd *like* an IM status notifier to behave. ... basically, tell me
whenever anything interesting happens without making me ask for
certain types of events.  The existing IRC bot is IMHO useless because
you spend more time typing commands at it than you would spend
mindlessly reloading the waterfall web page.
