[Buildbot-devel] Help with network problem

Thanks Charles,

I'm running both master and slave on the same Windows 2003 server machine.

I also can't connect to port 9989 with telnet. I checked with netstat
to see if there was any other process using that port, and it seems
free.

It seems like it's not succeeding in opening any ports, but I have no
idea why...

Any further suggestions?
