[Buildbot-devel] Spam on list: non-subscriber posts now Held

Ok, I've just switched on holding of posts from non-subscribers
("generic_nonmember_action = hold"), and auto-expiry after 5 days
("max_days_to_hold").

Are there other folks who can help out with moderation of these messages? If
we get enough people, we can each pick one day of the week to check the
moderator queue and then each one will only be responsible for a single
weekly polling.

let me know if y'all see any problems.. in particular somebody tell me what
the new-user experience is when you post for the first time without being a
subscriber.
