I concur with the "confusing" reaction others have had.  There are a
few things that could stand improvement:

1. Colors have no agreed-upon semantic value (other than purple), so
more meaningful labels would be good, both in the filter and for the
status of each project's build.

2. There's way too much blank space to get a good overview; the large
number of projects only makes this stand out.  A more concise tabular
representation may work far better.  Something like (sorry; this is a
little wide, and requires fixed-width fonts):
