[Buildbot-devel] InterestedUsers list

Hi everyone,
I am already using buildbot for a project with a html waterfall status 
report. Now I would like to add a mail notifier and I a have two questions

Where do I specifiy the "InterestedUsers" list  is it a variable stored 
in the BuildmasterConfig or is it an object passed somewhere ?
My second question is: Where do I specify for a MailNotifier object 
which password to use for the relayhost with a given fromaddr ?
