[Buildbot-devel] [PATCH] Enhancement : add comments change tooltip on waterfall web page

Hi

On the waterfall main web page, changes are just displayed as user
name.
It doesn't provide information on what do the change.
I add comments change on the "title" parameter, so when putting the
mouse over the username, it pop a tooltip with what comments change.
