As there are more things to report than buildbot status updates (checkins,
bug submissions, etc.), I think having a single bot which different event
notifiers can be plugged into would be a useful alternative to having a
buildbot-specific irc bot.

Supybot (http://supybot.com) appears to have a plugin that lets admins
connect message notifiers, and so I think a userful addition would be
some tool to hook into that.
