[Buildbot-devel] Building on SVN branches with names including "+"

It seems as though builds cannot be forced against SVN branches with names which include a "+".  In the log file, I just see this:

I tried building a different, newly created branch named "test+buildbot" and that failed similarly.  Forcing a build on a branch without "+" in the name worked as expected.
