[Buildbot-devel] Master restart - slave offline

Is it a bug or a feature?

- all machines are running, all buildbots are up,
- restart the buildbot-master machine,
- the buildbot master is running again,
- the buildbot slaves are running,

=> the slaves are offline!

Why do the slaves not '(re)connect' to the freshly started master?
