We do that too at the ASF.

for what it's worth, I wrote a specialized UI for moderation of
Mailman/ezmlm lists: http://taint.org/wk/ModerateList .  It includes
built-in spam checking using, naturally enough, SpamAssassin ;)

Dunno if it works for the version of Mailman used at sf.net, though...
