Have you set up your change sources (svn uses PBChangeSources) and 
schedulers yet? Even if you aren't building on a preiodic basis, you 
still need to have schedulers declared (something with 
treeStableTimer=0, branch=<your-branch-here>, 
builderNames=[<your-builder1>,...] and a name would work)
